All orders are shipped out of the inventory within 3-7 working days. (processing time)

In the case of Hand embroidered items and Kaftans, and any Pre-orders or customised sizes, Most of items will be shipped upon receiving from our manufacturer in 5-10 days. Sometimes , We may ship it directly from our boutique Workshop (Dubai and India) to the delivery address to avoid shipment delays.  We use DHL Express and FedEx with 3-7 days delivery time. 
(Express Shipping does not expedite the processing time, it only expedites the Delivery time after processing the orders)

FREE Standard Australian Shipping if you spend $200. (unless there is an offer code for free shipping)

AUSTRALIA WIDE FLAT RATE Delivery Only $10 per order.

AUSTRALIA WIDE EXPRESS POST delivery only 15$ per order

NEW ZEALAND WIDE FLAT RATE Delivery Only $15 per order.

NEW ZEALAND EXPRESS FLAT RATE Delivery Only $25 per order

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Flat Rate of $25.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL Flat Rate of $40.

Customers pay for any returns.

Any duties or taxes payable for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of a return for international order. The full shipping cost of the order is deducted (NOT the subsidized $25).
